Who Are We?

Middle Tennessee Concrete Coatings is a concrete coating company located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and as the name suggests, we serve all counties located in the central area of the state. Owners Josh Black and Kevin Acres are business partners and childhood best friends with over 26 years of experience in concrete coating. We are a local business and consider ourselves to be a big family.

We take your existing concrete floor and make it not only durable but aesthetically pleasing. We are meticulous about what we do, and our industrial-grade product includes a one-day installation. Using certified Penntek Industrial Coatings, our product is 4 times stronger and 98% more flexible than epoxy, making it the most durable, easy-to-maintain coating on the market. We also have one of the largest selections of finishes for high-performance flooring, allowing you to customize the look of your flooring.

Our Unique Process

We start by evenly applying a layer of base coat to the existing concrete. Then, by grinding the surface we are able to penetrate the concrete floor by 1/8”, making it porous where we can lay our superior polyurea product down, channel locking with the moisture in your concrete. We then hand-apply your choice of color flake finish. After the basecoat is fully cured, we scrape the flake layer to ensure a smooth, clean surface. The final step is to apply a clear topcoat. In 4 to 6 hours, you can confidently walk on your new flooring, and in 24 hours you can drive on it. Through our unique process, we are shielding floors for life.
